User Profile Pre Setup

  • WorQ requires several permissions to be available for the User Profile:
    • Leads: Read, Create, Edit
    • Cases: Read, Create, Edit
    • Pushtopic: Read, Create

  • If custom profiles already pre-set in your organization, make sure the profiles has access to the objects.

  • To create a new profile, clone the Standard User or any other profile and set the permissions.

  • While installing the app, you can add the permissions required to the desired profile:
    • When on package installation screen, select Install for Specific Profiles option
    • Select WorQ Standard User Profile Access Level for every existing User Profile needed
