Salesforce Technology Limitations
WorQ app utilizes the following technologies provided by Salesforce:
- Apex Scheduler:
- WorQ uses 1 hourly scheduled job to perform background tasks
- Salesforce Governor Limits
- Streaming API:
- WorQ creates maximum of 2 API calls for every item captured by Queues. Calculate your volume/expected volume by multiplying your current volume of objects (created per 24 hours) by 2 and by the number of users that will be using WorQ app. The result is the estimated maximum of the Streaming API usage.
- For example, 200 cases a day and 5 agents: 200 * 2 * 5 = 2000 API calls (per 24 hours)
