Dialero - Manage Users
Adding or removing users achieved from Dialero Call Center

Add users to Dialero

  • Navigate to Call Centers Setup
  • Click on dialero call center
  • Under Call Center Users click on Manage Call Center Users
  • Click on Add More Users
  • Use the filters field to filter user search, or just click Find to list all available users
  • Select available users that needs to be added to Dialero, and click on Add To Call Center

Remove users from Dialero

  • Navigate to Call Centers Setup
  • Click on dialero call center
  • Under Call Center Users click on Manage Call Center Users
  • Select the users users that needs to be removed from Dialero, and click on Remove Users

Locate Call Centers in Salesforce Setup

Navigate to Salesforce Setup and find Call Centers from search

Or manually navigate to:

  • In Ligntning Experience: Feature Settings / Service / Call Center / Call Centers
  • In Salesforce Classic: Build / Customize / Call Center / Call Centers
